It turned cold, really cold today. I could’ve complained about it because I’m a sunny sky warm ocean breeze kind of girl, but I bundled up and walked just a little bit closer to my husband instead. It felt a little more like Christmas to me. I smiled easily and laughed deeply today. Maybe it was seeing one of my favorite holiday plays, “A Christmas Carol.” I’m not sure, but let’s just say that my inner child showed up, and now I have a strong desire to watch “The Muppet Christmas Carol.” If you’ve never seen it, here’s a short clip. I’ve always found it amusing when everyone and everything in a scene begins to sing. Honestly, it’s the songs that made me fond of the Muppet version of this holiday classic. So it is with a childlike spirit that I share this not so traditional holiday song by Mindy Gledhill…and friends. May you laugh as much as I did while watching the video.
